These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AxesBiz mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by AxesBiz ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AxesBiz provides invoicing, ledger, banking, stock, and analytics tools for small and growing businesses. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate business, GSTIN, and transaction information. AxesBiz is a record-keeping and invoicing tool — you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your filings, tax computations, and compliance with applicable GST and other laws. We recommend reviewing generated invoices and reports with your accountant before filing.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and may change with prior notice. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card or bank details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, subject to the refund terms below.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law or at our discretion for genuine billing errors. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering the app, uploading malicious content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The AxesBiz name, logo, app, and website content are the property of AxesBiz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxesBiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh.
